主要职责:
协助并支持客户关系总监确保部门以最有效、最高效的方式无缝运营,为客人提供最高标准的服务,同时在维持和/或改善营业额和利润率事项上具有前摄性;
保持高标准的清晰和正确的工作;
为客户关系总监提供月度宾客评论报告,并对评论提出建议;
为客户提供及时、准确和周到的服务;
积极参与团队成员活动,建立和维护良好的团队成员关系;
Main Responsibility:
To assist and support the Director of Guest Experience in the seamless running of the department in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability;
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and correct working practice;
Provide Director of Guest Experience with a monthly report of guest comments and recommended actions on such comments;
Provide prompt, efficient and courteous services to guest;
Participate actively in team member activities and establish and maintain effective team member relations;
Minimum Technical Competency/Personal Specifications
Completed a Hospitality course in a technical college or hotel school (Preferable)
Similar experience in a previous position in a Hotel
Effective interpersonal skills as a team player
Happy outgoing personality
Have a goal driven personality keen for further learning and development
Opera or Fidelio experience preferable
Effective interpersonal skill
Good command of English and Mandarin
Local knowledge and ability to reatelwith all nationalities
