Job Description

Working Place: Guangzhou


Role & Responsibilities

  • The incumbent is responsible for executing the office promotion activities of assigned Country/Area and products to ensure provision of prompt and efficient service to customers.

Knowledge of shipment document is preferred and necessaries, scheduled of shipment, arranging customer payment by LC/Letter of Credit, and simply petty cash is required.

  • Establishes and maintains contact with existing and potential customers directly or through network, to identify marketing opportunities and product requirements, under the supervision of the Line Manager.
  • Builds up a target customer profile including all information about the type of operation, use of product, credit worthiness, local commercial and market environment, etc. Recommend to Line Manager appropriate marketing strategy and action based on this profile.
  • Under the supervision of Line Manager participates in promoting products marketing in accordance with approved Company policy guidelines. Discusses with potential and existing clients and coordinates their requirements with the head office in light of product availability, discusses provisions, incl. quantity, quality, price, duration of contract, shipping terms, price revisions, phase out procedures, payments, etc., and submits all data and information to the headquarters to conclude the deal.
  • Maintains all the records in traceable manner as per the defined procedures and policies
  • Liaises with all departments of Company in accordance with Guidelines from Line Manager and/or Marketing Executive
  • Manages customer enquiry, support and feedback
  • Research and reports weekly market condition

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Science
  • Preferred 2-4 years of experience in similar industry in the field of marketing, operations.
  • Fresh graduate is acceptable
  • Write and read in English is a must

  • 建立目标客户档案,包括运营类型、产品用途、信誉、当地商业和市场环境等的所有信息。并向经理推荐适当的营销策略。
  • 在经理的督导下,按照公司批准的指导方针参与产品营销,与潜在和现有客户就数量、质量、价格、合同期限、装运条款、价格修订、逐步淘汰程序、付款方式等内容进行相关讨论,并与总部协调其要求,将所有数据和信息提交给总部,以达成协议。
  • 按照规定的程序和政策,维护所有记录。
  • 与公司其他部门联络。
  • 负责客户服务和反馈
  • 每周研究和报告市场状况


教育和工作经验

  • 商业/工科学士学位
  • 2-4年以上类似行业跟单经验优先
  • 应届生亦可
  • 能用英语书写和阅读
