Job Description

1. Manage Store Profitability 管理店铺盈利

  • Manage retail sales KPI (net sales, UPT, ATV, Conversion rate), and increasing profits

管理零售销售指标(净销售,单笔成交额,客单价,客流转换率),提高店铺盈利

  • Utilizes personal, financial and material resources to drive sales

充分利用人力,资金,物料和其他资源达成和促进店铺的销售

  • Utilizes data to diagnose store strengths and opportunities

分析利用数据,找出店铺的优势和机会

  • Balances the need to build premium brand equity against the desire to drive sales

追求销售的同时树立正确的品牌形象


2. Manager Service to Drive Sales 管理销售服务

  • Cultivate a customer-focused service culture with every member in the team, and leads the way in maintaining and growing this culture.

培养有客户服务意识的团队,领导并保持整个团队的服务意识。

  • Regularly analyzes service data and team service capability to achieve improved service and increased sales

定期分析客户服务的相关数据和团队客户服务的能力,持续提高团队客服技巧以促进销售


3. Brand and Product Knowledge 品牌和产品知识

  • Works with supervisor to receive Brand and product training to support new and seasonal product launches

在上级主管指导下接受品牌和产品的培训,支持新产品和每一季新品上线

  • Partners with others to support, deliver and facilitate compelling and educational training sessions.

参与,支持品牌和产品培训,并培训相关知识给店员


4. Manage Store Operations 管理店铺营运


  • Be responsible for the recruitment, on-boarding, training and evaluation of the store team to drive a performance culture in the store

负责店铺人员招聘, 入职, 培训和考评,培养店铺人员绩效管理的氛围

  • Creates an effective and efficient retail environment where all policies, procedures, tools and operations are under control

建立高效率的零售管理团队,确保政策,流程和运营的准确有效进行

  • The store operation duties include but not limited by the following tasks:

店铺营运职责包括但不局限于以下方面:

  • Support new store set up

支持新店建设

  • Make the sales target, and lead the team to achieve it

带领团队完成销售指标

  • Sales reports, bank-in, store expenses etc.

销售报告,店铺费用管理等

  • Manage the inventory process, well control stock level

库存管理

  • Organize of replenishment

管理补货

  • Ensure and implement proper visual merchandising according to company guidelines, both in the window and in-store displays;

确保店铺内的货品陈列和窗口成列符合公司要求

  • Ensure the store working environment is safe and good; and ensure the security of property, equipment

确保店铺人员的工作环境安全良好, 确保公司财物和设备的安全

  • Support and coordinate the communication with landlord

支持和协调与业主的沟通


5. Coach and Develop 指导和发展

  • Fosters a team environment of trust, transparency, motivation and accountability, both inside and outside the store

对内对外都建立信任,透明,相互激励,有责任心的团队氛围

  • Coaches and develops store team to maximize performance

指导和发展店铺团队,***化激励团队成员的能力
