Job Description

The incumbent will be a core team member of the Group Finance Process Office and will be responsible for playing the lead role and delivering the Organizational Masterdata Restructuring project. 

 

The Job

  • Manage project throughout project life cycle
    • Project governance and reporting
    • Define and manage project scope, timeline, resource requirements and budget
    • Identify, qualify, and escalate project risks, issues and dependencies according to the group and project guidelines
  • Working closely with multiple Business, Finance and IT stakeholders at different levels across the group to:
    • Understand “As Is” Organisational and Technology landscape
    • Confirm "To Be" Organisation Structure and Hierarchies
    • Collect, consolidate and define reporting requirements identifying additional Masterdata and data-points required
    • Identify process and technology enhancements in conjunction with Finance and IT Functional teams
    • Develop cutover and deployment strategy
    • Perform Change Impact Analysis for Business Operations and Finance teams
    • Identify and engage with impacted stakeholders, define key messages, communications plan and training strategy
    • Identify and define changes to Corporate Controls and Standard Operating Procedures
    • Develop and/or review Functional and Integration specifications
    • Ensure that approved business requirements are properly developed and tested
    • Develop and maintain End User training materials and facilitate User Training
    • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are properly documented and maintained

The Person

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail or FMCG industry
  • University graduate with a degree preferably in Accounting or Finance
  • Demonstrable Project Management experience managing Regional Finance Systems implementation projects
  • Extensive Business Analyst experience participating in Regional Finance Process improvement and/or System implementation projects
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Shows initiative with a proactive and hands-on approach
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and Stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP FICO, Masterdata, data models and reporting tools
  • Proficient in using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Visio
