RWS Holding Plc is a leading international language, intellectual property support services and localization provider listed on AIM with operations spanning six continents. RWS is seeking a newly qualified financial accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) to join the expanding Group finance team, working as part of the Group FP&A Team to deliver the Group’s strategic objectives.
Core responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly board finance reporting packs, including the preparation of analysis of divisional performance, constant currency reporting and KPIs
- Assist with the Group’s Annual Budget process including consolidation of divisional budgets and preparation of the Group’s annual budget pack for distribution to the RWS Board.
- Assist with the Group’s quarterly forecasting process in advance of the Group’s Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings, including performing analysis of forecasts against reported performance, budget and the Groups strategic plan as communicated at our Capital Markets Day.
- Prepare monthly flash reporting and supporting analysis for distribution to the Executive Team
- Implement the continue development of KPIs across the Group to collate a unified set of reportable KPIs.
- Analysis of the Group’s cash flows to identify and mitigate FX exposures and their impact the Group’s income statement
- Providing general support to the Group FP&A Team on all other aspects of financial analysis and ad-hoc analysis

Qualifications & experience
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
- Ability to interpret and manipulate complex data sets to deliver concise analysis with a clear message
- Excellent communication skills, both written and orally, able to communicate with a range of internal stakeholders
- Understanding of multi-currency environment and Group Reporting function
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Proven history of both academic achievement and career progression
- Knowledge of Essbase/Hyperion would be advantageous
