Position: Group Clinics and Testing
Division/Department: Group Strategy, and Sales & Marketing / Product Strategy & Research
Location: Beijing
Main goals and objectives:
Plan, conceptualize and conduct product and marketing clinics
Align with Group functions (e.g., K-AVM) as well as Brands and JVs
Derive concise Top Management recommendations for positioning and improvement of Group Products
Your Responsibilities:
Plan, conceptualize and conduct Product and marketing clinics for milestone PF and BF incl. management of reporting
- Organize customer analysis on new and upgraded products; understand market acceptance, price and equipment preferences for products, volume forecast and substitution/ cannibalization
- Understand future product selling points and trends, advise as to new products’ target customers and optimal market positioning
Manage market research process and improve quality;Steer implementation of Group standards
Align with Group functions (e.g., K-VM) as well as Brands, Import Companies and JVs
Ensure the reporting quality and accuracy
Organize and host regular market research workshops with brands and JVs as well as headquarter Bus
Our Requirements:
Necessary education:
University degree or above: business, economics, finance, statistics, marketing and sales, business management or similar
- Preferred subject major in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Statistics, or Automotive Management / Engineering
Professional experience:
Minimal 5 years of market research experience in the automotive sector
Knowledge of automotive market
Professional market research, product research and customer research knowledge and experience
Experience in product clinics
Understanding of sociology and psychology
Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques
Well experience in data analytics
- Bachelor’s degree or above
Personal attributes:
Self-driven
Readiness to accept responsibility
Communication skill, Persuasive appearance
- Client and detail oriented, work well independently and in a team environment
Special skills:
MS Office proficient (especially Excel, or Access)
Familiar with SPSS and Conjoint design
- English language skills essential, good at official English writing
