We are looking for a fun, caring, and internet savvy Group Admin Assistant to take care of us!
You are bilingual, pro-active, and detail oriented. From book-keeping to HR, invoicing to general administration, you will help our small but growing team to operate both our consultancy and training businesses as smoothly and flawlessly as possible.
Responsibilities
Book-keeping
Book-keeping using Quickbook Online
Providing ad-hoc quotation and invoicing support for account servicing team
Paying bills
General enquiries
Answering enquiry phone calls and emails
Marketing support
Updating website
Blasting email newsletter
General assistance
Assisting the team on other logistical matters, such as scheduling and reservation
Providing secretarial assistance to Director on personal matters
Soft Skills Required
You are bilingual. In addition to Cantonese, you are comfortable writing in English professionally and can converse fluently.
You are pro-active. You look for area for improvement in the way we work, and you can anticipate our needs.
You love to organize. May it be soft/hard copies of documents or general tidiness of the office, you want to be organized so that the team can function more efficiently.
You are internet-savvy. You are comfortable in general using cloud-based services
Hard skills Required
Experience in any of the following tools will be an asset: Keynotes and Pages on Mac, MS Office, QuickBook Online, Wordpress, Mailchimp, Skype
Book-keeping experience
Secretarial experience
