JOB DESCRIPTION

General Responsibilities:

？ Follow up with prototyping and work closely with the vendors to oversee the execution of the samples (screen printing, painting, UV coating, water decals, hydro-films and/or other treatment required).

？ Build, maintain and share library of materials, color, textures and ensure a color palette consistency in between our vendors.

？ Ensure designers provide detailed technical packages to the vendor development team, a critical step to the first sample being correct.

？ Oversee the development of the samples (T1) with the Vendors of each individual graphic item.

？ Maintain a library of samples (T1) of individual item and regular update based on designers comments.

？ Build product matrices for individual category to oversee T1 Reference Sample with vendor's PM and graphics developer.

？ Comment and share information and pictures with designers on the product items and categories.

？ Update technical packages for individual category (or categories)

？ Keep all templates consistently up-to-date as changes occur

？ Required travel to factories, to oversee design development for one or more categories.

？ Schedule regular meeting with vendor's PM for the follow up of the activities and daily follow up with vendor's graphic developer.

Essential Functions:

？ Good understanding of concept art

？ Ability to follow US corporate policies and procedures.

？ Ability to work as a team player with a diverse group of people and personalities

？ Ability to receive and interpret constructive criticism

？ Acquire and share knowledge/skills.

？ Understand design quality and project efficiency.

？ Self-motivated, drive and the desire to learn and grow professionally.

？ Computer technique: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

？ 2+ years of experience in graphic/packaging/garment design.

？ 4+ years of experience in manufacturing environment

？ A strong eye for detail and refinement.

？ Basic English speaking and written required
