创意，监督和执行管理Creative, Supervision and Execution Management

工作职责：

• 独立工作，并与新媒体团队，品牌团队和公关团队以及票务促销团队紧密合作，以确保视觉图形内容和整体营销策略以及创意简报与所有相关交付内容保持一致Work independently and partner closely with new media team, branding team and PR team and ticketing promotion team to ensure alignment of visual graphic content and overall marketing strategy and creative brief against all related delivered.
• 独立工作并与赛事制作部，现场直播媒体团队和视频团队密切合作，提供视觉图形内容和创意简报，以支持所有活动和播放Work independently and partner closely with production, live broadcast & video team to provide visual graphic content and creative brief to support all event and broadcast activities.
• 开发线上和线下的企业视觉识别以确保最大限度地保持品牌的知名度Develop the corporate Visual Identity both on-site and off-site to ensure maximum brand adherence and awareness.
• 创建平面设计的视觉概念开发，并将营销目标转化为创意图形解决方案，例如使用艺术品，关键视觉效果，布局，网页，H5，横幅，徽标等Create the visual concept development of graphic design, and translate marketing objectives into creative graphic solutions, such as use of artworks, key visuals, layouts, webpages, H5, banners, logos etc.
• 管理设计流程包括从最初的概念到完成制作，以确保工作时效性以及符合质量标准Manage design process from initial concept through completed production to guarantee that it meets the quality standards and time required.
