RESPONSIBILITIES:

工作职责：

• Collaborate with team leads, including designer and event manager and production to develop exceptional and groundbreaking concepts.

  与团队合作，包括设计师和活动项目经理以及制作供应商开创卓越的，有突破性的构思。




• Work with the 3D designer and operation team to ensure creative concepts and presentations and tactics are on brand and strategically sound.

  与3D设计师和执行团队协作以确保活动概念和方案及策略符合品牌定位。




• As an integral player in the company, you will need to continuously help establish and communicate the strategic vision and creative direction of a project.

  作为公司不可或缺的一员，平面设计师需要始终协助建立项目的策略视觉和和创意方向。




• Clear project holistic creative direction, make sure creative and visual expression technique strategy, and carry out from 1st draft until finalized draft execution.

  明确方案的整体创意方向、确定创意及视觉表现手法与策略，执行创意稿件的初稿至完稿的实施。




• Capable of good creation, sharp observation and better Visual expressive ability. Have unique concepts of regular design in KV, Logo, album and poster. Know better about output and printing technology.

具有良好的创意、敏锐的观察力及较强的视觉表达能力。对KV、LOGO、画册、海报等常规设计有独到理念，对输出及印刷工艺，制作工艺有一定了解。

• In charge of other temporary works.

  负责公司临时安排的其他相关工作。

  
  

  JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  职位要求：

• College degree or above, professional art college major in related design specialized graduation.

  大学专科及以上学历，专业美术院校设计及相关专业。




• Minimum 3 years working experience in the field of advertising and Event Company as graphic designer.

  3年以上广告/活动公司担任平面设计工作经验。




• Master user of designer software such as Illustrator, Photoshop etc in design and 3DMAX & C4D experience preferred.
  

能熟练运用各类设计软件，如Illustrator、Photoshop等，有3Dmax或C4D经验优先。

• Strong team spirit and excited to work in a multicultural office.

  有较强的团队合作精神，能在多元文化的办公环境工作。




• Drive to keep growing and improving while working on interdisciplinary projects.

  在为不同领域的项目工作的同时能够不断进步和提升技能。




• A continues hunger to learn new things and stay in touch with trends.

  始终保持学习新事物的热情并紧跟潮流趋势。




• Fluent in Chinese and basic level of English.

  中文（普通话）流利，英文在基础沟通水平或以上。
