Job Summary:

• Monitor, verifies, and organizes complex industry related policy and regulation development, foresee the trend automobile in battery, fuel cell, or other alternative or emerging new energy area.
• Provides insights insupport of the strategic and business planning process and decision.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Track and monitor and analyzes industry policy and regulation in a timely and accurate manner;
• - Monitor critical policy and regulation developments; synthesizes and communicates with business stakeholder to support business decisions;
• - Establish direct access for Audi to the information source and be able to whistle to business leaders on critical early information;
• - Prepare and update policy and regulation summaries;
• - Develops comprehensive and analysis reports, insightful ideas and recommendations to all levels of business leadership;
• - Provide direct input on business planning and business measurement;
• - Represent Audi to join and participate directly important Sino-German, Sino-EU industry dialogue and cooperation program to identify opportunities for Audi to be technology and thought leader in BEV and NEV field
• - Act as window person on behalf of Audi team to align with VGC on

Skills:

• - Industry knowledge - experience in commercial vehicle and engine industry, especially in new technology, include but not limited to engine technology, new energy vehicle and digitalization;
• - Solid background in working with Government agencies
• - Good at the usage of appropriate tools and methodologies to attain the most critical information;
• - Analytic skills - Able to deploy logic processes and methodology to and deliver deep analysis to support business decision making;
• - In-depth understanding of industry policy and regulation. Some level of understanding in standards will be a plus;
• - Government and industry network development – capability to build social network with government agencies, think-tank, institutes, industry experts to get comprehensive policy and regulation understanding
• - Communication and presentation – capable of communication and working with cross-entity, cross-function leaders and teams to develop insights and reach consensus;
• - Able to writing well-organized report and present in various situation;
• - Language – good mastering of both mandarin and English.

Relevant work experience required and experience in automotive industry will be a plus
