As a Senior Director, Compensation: You will have the unique opportunity to develop a unique compensation strategy specific for our Ultrasound division You will be globally responsible for market benchmarking strategy and delivery You will analyze competitive data for target labor markets and recommend solutions to compensation challenges, including evaluating competitiveness of target incentives, pay mix, total target cash and equity plans (i.e. for the US) You will evaluate new jobs, and review global salary ranges for the Ultrasound business, and prepare salary proposals for leadership team You will implement and help design/communicate the global compensation program to align with business strategy, both globally and in the US You will assess and make recommendations to leadership on compensation programs and practices, incl. presentation of business cases You will be providing your compensation expertise to support management, HR business partners and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for implementing a new job architecture and leveling structure for the business You will be implementing new sales incentives plan, in partnership with Finance and Sales Operations You will partner with HR Operations to ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation data in HRIS and identify process improvement opportunities. You will actively support HR team members and cross-functional partners and look for opportunities to improve processes, policies, and service levels. You will globally steer and coordinate compensation activities, incl. management of programs such as STI or recognition, and consult with business on compensation needs Depending on further stand-alone, you will build up a small team of compensation experts in the U.S. and globally You will work closely with the HR IT workstream to set-up appropriate IT architecture for the business (i.e. Workday) You will be a member of the global total rewards team as well as the Ultrasound HR leadership team You will ensure compliance with local/federal compensation requirements and statutes This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers You bring in relevant long-time working experience in Compensation and have a sound knowledge also around all compensation-related topics especially in the United States You have a proven track record in strategically developing compensation concepts and programs, and driving them to implementation You are skilled in project management, negotiation abilities, fluent English and in ideally at least one additional language You are able to identify business needs and market developments and offer solutions in a pro-active manner Required skills to have for the success of this role Successful completed Master’s degree in Business administration / HR or comparable training and knowledge You have experience in working in an international environment, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams Siemens Healthineers has recently announced the next steps in our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity.
