Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Make Purchase/Sales order/Invoice/Packing list / credit note / VNC independently by SAP system
2. Weekly tracking report analysis accurately and timely
3. Check and consolidate vendor documents, support export & shipping process & invoice related;
4. Check Bill of lading for Southeast Asia customers
5. Other daily work re Global Supply Chain;

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, shipping or international trading is preferred;
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience for SAP is preferred.
3. Good English written, data analysis skills and result driven;
4. At least 3 days per week for 3 months
