Job Description

Job Title: Global Sales Specialist

Report to: Sales Director

Subordinate: 0

Location: Shanghai


Main responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for sales of Gflow's instrumentation products to oversea markets.

2. Attend international conferences to promote Glflow's products including preparing marketing materials and coordinating logistics

3. Maintain existing customers and develop new relationships and expand client base

4. Handle customer orders including custom, and coordinate effectively with manufacturing and production team

5. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure requirements are met and concerns are addressed properly

6. Ensure profitability of accounts within assigned territory through proper pricing and contract management as well as service.

7. Support Gflow's international marketing strategy and develop detailed marketing plan in specific regions, well understanding of Gflow’s flowmeter, analytical product, sensor and water business and customer’s requirements.

? Order Entry in Syteline ERP System

? Achieving Key Performance Indexes (KPI)

? Achieving Sales Goals

? Sales Analysis

? Sales Forecasting

? Problem Solving

? Promotional/Educational Emails

? Export Shipping/Paperwork

? Effectively and respectfully working with distributors and customers where English is a second language

? Travel planning and budgeting

? Maintaining contacts and accounts in Odoo CRM



Qualifications:

1 Bachelor degree or above for Engineering or Business. Fresh graduates with solid background are welcome.

2 International sales experience preferred and good capability in developing relationship with customers.

3 Good team work ability and excellent communications skills.

4 Technical support experience on reed switch and relay fields is a plus value.

5 Be honest and be trusted by the customers.

6 Keep frequently contact with customers and keep good image and relationship with the key person of the customers.

7 Be aggressive, be ready to face any kind of challenge from the customer and find way to solve the issue.

8 25% international travel flexibility.

9.Good English in reading, writing and oral.
