Drives marketing strategies and manages the planning, implementation, and execution of marketing plans and supporting integrated marketing communication campaigns for worldwide tab and Tablet & Smart Device products.
Responsible for marketing campaign, events and PR; product marketing and geographic and trade marketing etc..
Develop specific marketing plans to enable the sales team to have consistent, effective and engaging solutions.
Provides leadership and key marketing stakeholders with analysis for purposes of budget planning, pipeline impact and goal setting.
Builds relationships and proactively engages with cross-functional teams, like worldwide geographical/regional sales, product management etc..
Represents the Company externally as an expert in our products, user and buyer needs.
Plan and organize marketing functions and operations; build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals.
Create a solid network of strategic partnerships.
Possessing a Bachelor's degree and/or above in marketing, communications, business (or other related field) and significant professional experience working in senior marketing roles.
10+ years of marketing experience in globalized high-tech companies; familiarity with smart device products is highly desirable.
Consumer marketing experience in consumer products is highly desirable.
International biz exposure is highly desirable.
5 years minimum people management with experience of managing direct reports across multiple geographic regions (distributed teams).
Excellent leadership, project management skills.
Strong communication skills. Needs to effectively and proactively communicate across different Lenovo functional teams, customers, and partners.
Demonstrated experience in a hi-tech environment.
Proficient in English.
