Key Responsibilities:

• Get familiar with Hempel products offerings and identify the gaps of existing products and technology

• Closely work with Technical Service management team to lift up the TS service offerings

• Drive continunous improvements for technical supports in the areas of process excellence, service delivery, and customer satisfaction and etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Fresh master graduates or candidates with less than 3 year working experience, major in chemical related fields is preferred.

• Passionate in technical management career, willing to take challenges and work under pressure.

• Demonstrated people skills and/or aptitude.

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player.

• Geographic mobility and willing to travel

• Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

• Fluent in both written and oral English.
