Key responsibilities:
Participate in projects to develop our business and maximize the impact of our sales force while collaborating with group Commercial Excellence and Sales Management.
Developing and implementing tools and processes to support our sales excellence activities
Creating insights for future management decision making
Business performance analyses and reports with recommendations for new opportunities and optimization initiatives
Evaluation of ongoing sales excellence strategic initiatives
Qualifications and skills:
Fresh master graduates or candidates with less than 3 year working experience, major in MBA, Chemicals or Finance is preferred.
Passionate in sales career, willing to take challenges and work under pressure.
Demonstrated sales/people skills and/or aptitude.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player.
Geographic mobility and willing to travel
Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Fluent in both written and oral English.
