The global Ultrasound Business Area (BA) of Siemens Healthineers is looking for an experienced human resources professional with a passion for the healthcare market. This position will report to the Head of Global Ultrasound Human Resources, ideally based in Mountain View, CA. Candidates in other major cities will be considered. As an Employee Experience Lead, in this new role you will: • Play a critical role in building infrastructure to support our growth and scaling objectives • Drive the global implementation of effective People & Organization (P&O) programs (e.g. recruiting, people development, performance management, organizational development and change) • Drive global culture development through weaving Silicon valley innovation and time-tested German precision • Improve the employee experience from on-boarding through off-boarding with a compelling Ultrasound employee value proposition • Identify and develop ways to improve the employment lifecycle and support the workforce with experiences based on the entirety of the employee journey • Strengthen the sense of belonging by driving the connection between the employees and the company. Find critical touchpoints to create the focal areas of improvement. • Leverage external trends and best practices to improve key employment detractor areas. • Improve recruitment and attracting talent by assessing and improving the candidate perception and relationship to the company throughout the recruitment process. • Check and monitor the heartbeat of employee experience and engagement through surveys, peer-to-peer feedback, KPI’s, and meetings • Align activities through other functions to drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and experience. Draw on specialist teams as required. • Collaborate and consult with HR CoEs, particularly Talent and Total Reward, to ensure key HR processes are designed and delivered to create a world class employee experience This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers • Business Partnering or Consulting experience to Senior Executives • Ability to analyse people data, create insights and develop operational strategies tailored to a global workforce • Experience supporting organizations in a multi-country setting • Knowledge and application of engagement trends across multiple industries • Willingness to jump in and roll up your sleeves on a number of collaboration projects • Ability to succeed and create structure in a past paced, ambiguous, high volume environment with constantly evolving priorities Required skills to have for the success of this role • BA/BS Human Resources, or equivalent; MBA highly desirable • 8-10 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as listed above • Extensive experience in project management • Experience in one or more Human Resources specialty areas such as Talent Management, Recruiting, Training or Learning • Experience with Employee Engagement and Retention projects a plus • Willing to travel up to 30% • German language or Korean language skills a plus Siemens Healthineers has recently announced the next steps in our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity.
