BMC is led globally by Karen Hopkins. The function is made up of around 2,000 professionals, working across the Executive and Regions in the following areas of specialism: Brand; Marketing; PR/Media Relations & External Communications; Internal Communications &Employee Engagement; Corporate communications.

 

BMC also includes a number of teams who are responsible for content development, editorial, webcasts, events-staging, strategy, planning and operations. The opportunity  

The Global Candidate Experience and Asia Pacific (APAC) Recruitment Brand Manager oversees the candidate experience from a global recruitment brand perspective and recruitment brand across the six regions within APAC. It is an exciting opportunity to team across Global, Area, Region as well as BMC, Talent and Recruiting Center of Excellence, to infuse our recruitment brand and create moments that matter throughout the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding, at all levels of hire.

 
Your key responsibilities

As Global Candidate Experience Manager, this individual will work with recruiting teams to identify key brand opportunities along the candidate journey to build engagement, loyalty and improve the candidate’s knowledge of opportunities at EY. The role will ensure that all recruiting technology platforms (such as Taleo, Avature, SuccessFactors, etc.) deliver an optimal brand experience, and will equip recruiters globally with training to help them communicate our employer brand and purpose to campus, experienced and executive talent, in an impactful way.

 

As APAC Recruitment Brand Manager, this individual will build relationships across the regions, provide guidance and consultation on recruitment brand strategy and execution, and manage relevant recruitment and talent stakeholders. In APAC, this individual will create alignment with global recruitment brand while tailoring to the needs and cultural considerations of each region.

  • A strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independently

  • Excellent communication and networking skills – able to effectively manage and influence senior leaders as well as a broad range of internal and client facing professionals

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple, complex global programs, and to work under pressure and to tight deadlines,

  • Ability to synthesize complex information into simple, high impact messages

  • Experience working across time zones, cultures and as part of a virtual high-performing team

To qualify for the role you must have
  • Ability to analyze and translate KPIs and measurement data to tell a story and create a burning platform for resources and prioritization, and to inform and define future priorities for GRB specific to the platforms that enable the candidate experience

  • A deep understanding of EY recruitment processes, functions and strategy; demonstrate the ability to translate that understanding into recommendations for enhancing and optimizing the brand experience for candidates

  • Experience with the process of mapping candidate journeys and use of personas in marketing

  • Ability to influence, gain support and commitment from others, and mobilize people to adopt and amplify the work of the GRB team

  • Build relationships and drive best practices and global alignment while taking local relevance into account

 
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • An affinity with technology and platforms and an interest in maximizing their potential

  • Ability to think holistically and strategically with project management skills

  • Considerable global experience in creative recruitment marketing and communications
