Job Description
This position requires a highly empathic person with excellent verbal and written English level. Below are the responsibilities and requirements :
Responsibilities
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and
Complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Assisting the Marketing & Sales team in daily operations.
Qualifications
2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred
Ability to cooperate with and support other members of the customer service team
Strong verbal communication skills in German and English.
Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.
Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment.
