Duties of general manager assistant:
1. Drafted the summary of the company's work plan and made important meeting minutes;
2. Draft, archive and sort out documents issued by the general manager;
3. Company management system, rules and regulations, webpage design proposal and contract, and overall operation coordination of the company;
4, answer the phone, appropriate answer, and make phone records;
5. Master the general manager's schedule, make appointments and arrange business trips;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the general manager or general manager;
7. Formulated human resource strategy according to the development requirements of the company;
8. Designed and improved the company's human resource structure;
