In our facilities, children are free to take on challenges, test their limits and discover their limitless potential. We are looking for a General Manager to develop the business strategy and lead the team to create exceptional play and learning experience for our members. He/She is responsible for the overall management of our facilities and the achievement of our company's objectives in revenue, service quality and safety. He/She has primary responsibility for the following:

- Identify market opportunities and develop short and long term strategies for the sustainable growth of our business
- Fully accountable for the P&L, deliver revenue targets and monitor expenditures
- Anticipates evolving customers’ needs and how our facilities address the customers’ needs with current or innovative programs
- Identify market trends and opportunities and be able to use analytics to generate business value
- Lead marketing programs and events and enhance the brand of ZipPiTeeDoo’s 昕星园
- Lead the team to create innovative programs that meet the development needs of children
- Understand the parents’ expectation and engage them in various children development events/activities
- Ensure all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
- Create an engagement culture which attracts, develop and retains employees who are passionate about child development
- Formulate policies, procedure, standards to ensure the centres are run smoothly and efficiently
- Ensure the highest standard of safety and hygiene is maintained in the facilities
- Maintain good government and public relationships

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 year's management experience, preferably gained from kindergarten or children learning centre
- Passionate in early childhood development
- Entrepreneurial-minded and result-oriented
- Proven leadership and able to develop a committed and highly motivated team
- Demonstrate the desire to get the job done with excellence with best results for actions taken
- Innovative and be able to develop a unique business model that sets us apart from other facilities in the market

- 预测不断更新的客户需求，充分利用我们的设施, 现有或创新方式来满足客户需求
- 识别市场趋势和机会，并利用数据创造业务价值
- 指导市场营销活动，提升ZipPiTeeDoo’s昕星园的品牌影响力
- 带领团队创建满足儿童发展需要的创新方案
- 了解家长的期望，引导他们参与各种儿童发展活动
- 确保所有客人都有宾至如归的感觉，并给予及时、友好和礼貌的服务
- 建立积极、投入的企业文化，招募、培养及保留优秀的并对儿童发展有激情的员工
- 制订政策、程序和标准，以确保各中心顺畅和有效地运作
- 确保设施保持最高的安全和卫生标准
- 保持良好的政府和公共关系

任职要求：
- 学士学位
- 至少5年的管理经验，幼儿园或儿童培训机构的管理经验尤佳
- 对儿童早期发展方面充满激情
- 具有创业精神并以结果为导向工作
- 拥有领导能力，并有能力培养出有干劲的团队。
- 表现出以卓越成果为目标的工作愿望，并采取行动达到最好的结果。
- 具有创新性，能够发展独特的商业模式，使我们有别于与市场上的其它机构
