工作职责 Responsibilities：
1.组织新能源和新材料行业的投研、行业分析、全球技术发展趋势研究。

2.组织新能源和新材料行业的技术分析、企业分析、市场分析、资本市场分析。
2.Organize analysis of technology, enterprise, market and capital market in new energy and new material industry.
3.组织新能源和新材料行业的技术和项目的尽调、评估、搭建交易结构、组织执行投资工作。
3.Organize project due diligence, evaluation, establishment of transaction structure and execution of investment work in new energy and new material industry.

任职要求 Requirements：
1.本科和硕士学历，均为汽车、或化工、或材料专业。
1.Both bachelor and master degree in automotive, chemical, or material Science.
2.具有在汽车、或化工、或材料公司工作经历、并有在投资机构工作的经历。
2.Working experience in automotive, chemical, or material companies, and working experience in investment institutions.
3.具备香港证监会9号牌照RO资质及能力要求。
3.With SFC No. 9 License RO qualification and capability requirements.
4.具有管理经历。
