General Manager of Flagship Store
for an electronics and homeware retailer in China-Shenzhen Sundan Chain-Store Stock Co.,Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Full in charge of the operation and implementation of the flagship store business concept
2. Understand the market trends, adjust store positioning, bring in suitable products and integration
3. According to operation needs, develop and supervise execution of the marketing plans, improve overall brand image
4. Set business objectives and profit targets, also implement, supervise, track and achieve them
5. Ensure all functions in the store are in good operations
6. Coordinate public relations, establish a positive public image
7. Internal staffs supervision / training / perception guidance / potential inspiration

Job Requirements:
1. Male, science and engineering related education background, undergraduate or above; age under 60; recognized talent;
2. KPI and performance appraisal;
3. 2+ years management experience for a 100+ people team;
4. Capable of using management approaches/tools to manage daily work and motivate staffs;
5. Exprienced on department stores and large scale hotels will be preferred.
