Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for campus operation management, developing monthly, quarterly, and annual business management plans based on the stage/annual goals set by the group, and achieving various operational indicators of the campus;
2. Collect and analyze market and competitor information and changes, and adjust campus business plans in a timely manner;
3. Standardize campus workflow, improve campus student service process, and enhance student satisfaction;
4. Supervise and ensure the smooth progress of all campus work, ensuring the standardization and normalization of daily campus operations;
5. Regularly attend group business meetings, provide timely feedback on the progress of campus work, and offer improvement suggestions;
6. Coordinate and handle the affairs of various government departments connected to the campus, handle various emergencies, and do a good job in handling the aftermath;
7. Complete other work tasks assigned by the head of the business unit.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3-5 years of international language training or work experience in the international education industry, with rich experience in marketing and sales management preferred;
2. Understand the education and training market, with experience and ability to successfully operate independent campuses;
3. Excellent execution, communication and coordination skills;
4. Strong sense of purpose and ability to withstand pressure.
