Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall direction of the business including financial management, business growth and People Management
• Collaborate with various internal department to maintain a friendly working environment
• Responsible for supervising and building of the company’s internal transactional risk
• Overall market understanding of current and future developments
• Support management and employee actions by researching, revamping, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Management or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years’ working experience with at least 10 years at a management position
• Excellent analytical skills, attentive to details, sensible in problem solving and decision making
• Excellent people skills and capable of dealing with senior executives and stakeholders
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and high level of energy
• Native in written and spoken Mandarin. Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
