Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the business units
  • Responsible for the P&L
  • Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business
  • Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports
  • Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above in Business Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 16 years' management in business administration, marketing, business development experience
  • Experience in the Accounting, Business Outsourcing or Payroll related industry is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of brand building, strategic thinking and decision-making ability
  • Outstanding leadership, engaging and strong communication skill
  • Frequent travel is required
