Job Description

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • To Head and lead their local offices and enhance growth and performance
  • Identify any areas of issues, operational efficiency and improvements and devise suitable plans and directions
  • Track and measure team performance against objectives
  • Maintain and grow client relationships and take ownership for P&L
  • Develop policies and standards according to local requirements and guidelines
  • Work closely with global management team and bridge any requirement gaps between local and international operations.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • Atleast 8+ years of working experience in a Corporate/Business or Professional Services firm in China with at 4 or more years team management experience
  • Proven experience in people management essential. Especially leading and motivating teams, staff training and retention.
  • Ability to maintain excellent client relationship skills and grow existing network important
  • Prior experience in revenue generation and/or PnL oversight required.
  • Experience in working with global management teams a significant plus
  • Excellent command over written and spoken English and Mandarin a must.
