Responsibilities:
1、Fully responsible for the daily operation of the Vietnam Branch.
2、Responsible for the formulation of business operation plans and organize the implementation of business plans approved by the group.
3、Responsible for achieving the annual performance target and profit target set by the group.
4、Responsible for team building, constantly improving employees' working skills, team competitiveness and stability.
5、Responsible for establishing good communication channels: keep good communication with the local government, the media, banks, schools and other institutions；coordinate the relationship between other branch companies and other departments of the group.
