Qualifications:
任职资格:

1.Bachelor degree;
本科学历;

2.Fluent in English, spoken Chinese can be used for common communication;
英语流利,中文口语可供日常交流;

3.Outgoing, good at communication(be expert in interaction with senior leadership), detail oriented,patient and responsible.
外向,沟通表达能力佳(能够很好的与中高层领导进行互动),细心,耐心并且有责任心;

4. Have more than two years experience(private certificate of employment),which is needed for the application of the work visa;
因申请工作签证需要,本岗位需要两年以上工作经验(需提供工作证明);

Responsibilities:
岗位职责:

1.Develop and carry out English Enhancement Program for the senior leaders in the company;
为公司中高层领导制定并实施英语提升计划;

2.Meeting arrangement and conference record for General Manager;
总经理会议安排及会议记录;

3.Document delivery and schedule arrangement for General Manager;
总经理文件送签及日程安排;

4.Assist GM to keep communicating with customer or deal with some complaint from customer;
协助总经理与客户保持沟通及处理客户抱怨;

5.Assist GM to translate or explain information from customer;
协助总经理翻译和解释来自客户的信息;

6.Other matters assigned by the leadership.
其他领导交办的事项。
