Job Description
 Assist in work planning:
1. Be responsible for arranging and holding weekly meetings, including reservation of meeting rooms, collection and arrangement of personnel documents, notices of meetings, host of meetings, minutes of meetings, etc.
2. Assist General Manager of International Support Center in quarterly, semi-annual and annual work planning and arrangement, including collection of documents, translation of documents, simultaneous interpretation of meetings, etc.
3. Assist General Manager of International Support Center to carry out work planning and regularly report progress and coordinate work flow of all departments.
 Assist in daily work:
1. Be responsible for the accurate and complete delivery of the work instructions and arrangements for the General Manager of International Support Center both within and outside the department and provide timely feedback for internal and external departments;
2. Be responsible for passing on the accurate, complete and timely information of internal circulars, administrative documents, e-mail and other information (Chinese-English mutual translation);
3. Be responsible for the internal meetings and arrangements between General Manager and internal members;
4. Be responsible for delivering the tasks assigned by the General Manager to the Internal staff and collecting feedback and opinions from the internal members.
 Administrative work:
1. Managing General Manager's company mail and schedule;
2. Management of office supplies and equipment, reimbursement and financial matters;
3. Be responsible for booking air tickets, hotels, and arrangements for drivers and reception services;
4. Be responsible for the management of various types of document and other administrative affairs of General Manager of International Support Center;
5. Assist the General Manager of International Support Center to apply for visa and assist in the handling of housing procedures (document issues) and the workflow of the use of the company car.
 Interpretation:
Responsible for interpretation during meetings, business trips, discussions, etc. And be responsible for the translation of daily documents.
