Requirements:

1） Candidates must at least process a degree in related field

2）Familiar with operations of Engineering/Manufacturing based company, master plan and budget management

3）Must have at least 15 years of working experience in manufacture industry with management capacity

4）Good in planning, organization, communication, control and team building. Has a strong adaptability and strategy thinking.

5）Strong leadership qualities and good interpersonal skills

6） Good English

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1）Provide leadership to management staff Oversee daily business and operations

2）Oversee the performance of management staff.

3）Responsible to communicate to the staff on the importance of achieving targets – cost saving, sales revenue, profitability and enhancing customer satisfaction.

4）Act as adviser to Top Management on business and management strategies.

5）Generate new businesses and build up rapport with the customer.
