RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsible for IOS, Android products in overseas promotion channels expansion, maintenance and management.
2.Establish and maintain overseas online and offline technology media relations, promote the company's products, enhance the company's brand.
3.Maintain good communication with overseas investors in Silicon Valley, actively to find investment and financing opportunities, and responsible for promoting the work of negotiations.
4.Responsible for establish corparation with high quality content surppliers , and keep good.
5.Responsible for establish and keep relationships with channel partners include Google Plat , Twiter , Facebook , Yelp and so forth.
6.Established U.S. subsidiary, to build and develop the team to complete the above work.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. 30 years of age, has more than 5 years working and living in U.S. capable of Chinese oral communication.
2.More than five years Senior Director expierience in famous companies , strong team build and develop ability .
3.Rich resourses in media field , extensive personal contacts , maked succesful cases in maketing and brand building.
4.Familiar with the mobile Internet market characteristics and mode of cooperation, rich sources in this industry , strong ability in channel development.
5.Excellence in business, implementation and promotion, crisis public relations and team building management ability.

岗位职责:
1. 负责公司IOS、Android产品美国推广渠道的拓展、维护、管理工作；
2. 建立并保持美国线上线下科技媒体良好合作关系，推广公司产品，提升公司品牌；
3. 与硅谷投资人保持良好沟通，积极发现投融资机会，并负责谈判推进工作；
4. 负责美国优质内容供应商（图片，GIF，Stiker，Theme等）的开发和合作；
5. 负责主流渠道商Googl Play，Twiter，Facebook，Yelp等的关系建立和维护工作；
6. 组建美国子公司，搭建和培养团队完成以上工作。

任职要求：
1.30周岁以上，有5年以上美国工作生活背景，中文口语沟通无障碍；
2.知名公司高级总监及以上岗位任职经验超过5年，有强大的团队组建和培养能力；
3.在美国有丰富的媒介资源，广泛的业界人脉关系，有较成功的市场推广和品牌建设案例；
4.熟悉互联网商务合作模式，有丰富的渠道资源，具备较强的渠道拓展和维护能力；
5.具有敏锐的市场洞察力，较强的商务能力、执行推动能力、危机公关能力。
