Finance Office
The appointee will be responsible for (a) processing reimbursement claims and payroll payments; (b) handling accounting-related tasks; (c) assisting in retirement benefits administration; and (d) performing other tasks as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education; (ii) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese, English (Syllabus B) and Mathematics; OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese, English and Mathematics): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, “Attained” or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; (iii) fast and accurate English and Chinese word-processing skill; (iv) knowledge of computer applications, including MS Word and Excel; and (v) a customer-oriented mind, and good communication and interpersonal skills. Achieving “Attained” or above in Accounting-related ApL subjects/Level 2 or above in the Accounting-related Elective in HKDSE or possession of a Higher Certificate in Accountancy, experience in accounting and payroll operation, and knowledge of Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance / Employment Ordinance, will be advantageous. Shortlisted candidates may be required to sit for typing and computer skill tests.
Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
