General Banking Officer, Foreign currency (Snr Officer ~ Analyst, Technology & Operations)

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily routine on cash operations, prepare regulatory reporting and assist team head to complete ad-hoc task as well.
• To be responsible for handling BOP activities and backup Inward Remittance and FX processing including attending to customer’s inquiries, checking supporting documents to ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with polices, rules and regulations of SAFE/ PBOC/ CBRC.
• Review to ensure supporting documents in compliance
• To timely seek resolution to customer’s request.
• To perform registration update (daily) for external and internal report, update information required before end of day closing
• To draft regulatory report required by SAFE
• To perform other tasks as assigned by manager
• Accomplish the job objective and perform the principal responsibilities.
• Achieve the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) annually

Job Requirements:

• At least with 2 years relevant working experience in Cash operations with 1 year related to FCY business
• Hard working and being able to deliver quality results under pressure
• Good in both written and spoken English
• Good PC knowledge and skills
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or other related field
