Main duties:

1.Measurements

• Implementation of regular measurements/ try outs on DCT systems;

2.Calibration Optimization

• Ascertain uncomfortable driving situations and adjustment of transmission calibration properly

especially for the start-up, creeping and gear shift processes and shifting strategy;

3.Calibration Validation Drives

• Participation on validation test drives;

4.Documentation of work

• Documentation of test results/calibration work；

5.Additional tasks

• Flash TCU Software to the test cars;

• Trouble shooting during drives if failure occurs, read out and analyze failure protocol;

• Analysis of causes (possibly also with measurements), if there are field complaints about

transmission systems or general drivability;

Requirements:

• Above 5 year experience in transmission calibration regarding drivability and shifting strategy is mandatory, especially experience with DCT is highly appreciated;

• Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or equivalent;

• Knowledge in CANape (Vector), DiagRA (RA Consulting), Creta (AVL) is preferred;

• Language skills in English are business fluent and German preferred;

• Sufficiently communicative, enjoy working in intercultural environment and sharing knowledge with team;

• Several years of driving experience;

• Willingness to travel inside China and abroad.
