外贸跟单 Merchandiser

**** pls do NOT apply this position if LESS THAN 3years hands-on experience in garment export/manufacturing field *****

1> Communication Bridge - Liaison with Israel head office as well as China Suppliers for all daily communication through email/phone call/instant message tools..etc.

2> Information processing - follow and filter all information including fm pricing till shipment and payment between Israel head office and China suppliers. Ensure all data and information submitted are accurate enough in timely manner. Ensure Reports and system are well updated and maintained by daily or weekly basis.

3> Submission and approval - ensure all submissions and approvals are happened within T&A timeline so as to secure order delivery are met.

4> Production - closely track with suppliers in weekly basis to ensure production progress and output are adequate to keep up with target delivery.

5> Quality - follow with suppler for inspection booking and prepare Qc file package for inspection. Follow up inspection report and inspection result with suppliers to ensure goods are approved up to company standard.

6> Shipment - follow with suppliers to ensure goods and shipping documents are ready on time .

< REQUIREMENT >

1> College degree, in textile will be advantage.

2> At least 3 years or above working experience in KNITWEAR garment merchandising position in buying/trading office. experience in Garment factory and understanding well factory production procedures will be an advantage.

3> Hands-on experience on sample checking, fabric/color evaluation, printing/emb checking is a must, knowledge for chemical washing will be an advantage.

4> Detailed-mind, STRONG SENSE of deadline, Result-driven, can adapt fast-pace working environment under certain pressures.

5> GOOD WORKING ATTITUDE, STAND AT SAME SIDE WITH COMPANY. GOOD TEAM PLAYER.

6> Fluent English in spoken and written

7> Long/short week shifts by turns : one week in Long week (5.5days/week), next week in short week ( 5days ).
