職務說明

• Provide technical expertise and support to key customers including develop application, run molding trial and evaluate material.

• Listen to customers' voice and coordinate with internal team to give customers feedback in time

• Follow up and update the mass production situation at key customer side

• Provide technical marketing support to the sales team for trade shows and seminars

• Maintain and develop long term relationship with customers

• Provide expertise technical support to CTD team to build up one total-solution team

理想的應徵者

• Education level: Mechanical Engineering/Tooling Engineering/Polymer Bachelor degree or above
• Experience: At least 10years experiences in the field of engineering plastics, injection molding or tooling design, etc.

• Understand the whole process of plastics mass production and quality control; experienced in working with commercial team together to make sure smooth mass production.

• Strong plastics evaluation capability, professional injection molding trial running skill, strong troubleshooting capability, good plastics testing and analysis knowledge;

• Good communication skill , for clear communication with internal and external

• Good cost analysis and new development / application skill

• Business understanding of engineering polymers in normal business,

• Able to travel within TW & SEA frequently
