Job Descriptions and Responsibilities:

• First Tier Support for Data Centre Infrastructure, all related hardware devices (AC, UPS, Server, Network, FM 200, etc), Windows/Linux, Backup Solution, VMware virtualization;
• Familiar with Cloud support (Ali, 21Vianet, Tencent, etc);
• Perform Incident Management;
• Perform Regular Patches Update for Windows/Linux Servers;
• Perform Network, Server and San Storage Performance Monitoring and Maintenance;
• Explore and Recommend New Technology to Improve Existing IT service.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information System or equivalent;
• Minimum 1-2 working experience in infrastructure administration, Fresh graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology will also be Considered;
• Knowledge in Active Directory, CiscoWorks, Cacti, WhatsUp, Netbackup, Enterprise Vault, SQL, VMware EXSI is preferred;
• Experience with PowerShell, ASP.Net, RPA, Data Analytics will be an advantage;
• Strong Troubleshooting Skills. Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills, Self-motivated and able to work under Pressure;
• Proficient in Spoken and Written English.
