NATURE AND SCOPE工作性质与范围
This position reports to General Manager of Lu’an Joint Venture. As Admin Manager, this position is responsible for overall office management, including implementation of office policy, manage office maintenance and security, manage various vendors and to ensure the related office stationery supply as well as manage company cars. As GM Assistant, this position is accountable for daily and routine administrative assignments from General Manager as well as administrative support to domestic and international travelers for their visits to Lu’an JV. This position is responsible for assisting General Manager to keep and maintain good relationship with JV partner. This position is also responsible for office safety through working with EHS team on office safety scorecard management.
该岗位的汇报对象为AP潞安合资公司总经理。作为行政经理,该岗位负责办公室的总体管理,包括办公政策的实施,办公设施维护与办公安全保障,同供应商建立良好关系,以保证办公用品的及时供应,同时负责公司车辆的调派。作为总经理助理,该岗位负责总经理交办的日常行政事务,同时为公司内外部的差旅人员和到访者提供支持与服务。该岗位负责协助总经理同合资公司的工作伙伴形成良好合作关系,同时需要与EHS团队合作保障办公安全,完成办公安全积分卡。
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责
- Provide administrative support to General Manager of Lu’an JV company, including travel management support, expense claims support, meeting arrangement, meeting follow up and Calendar management, Functional coordination as per General Manager’s request, as well as General Manager’s daily work support.
向AP潞安合资公司总经理提供行政支持,包括差旅管理,费用报销,会议安排,会议跟踪以及办公日程管理,根据总经理要求协调组织机构,协助总经理管理日常事务。
- Assist General Manager to keep and maintain good relationship with Lu’an JV partner. And assist General Manager to maintain effective communication with JV partner on various JV company related matters.
协助总经理同合资公司的工作伙伴形成良好合作关系,在公司相关事务上协助总经理同合作伙伴进行有效沟通。
- Assist General Manager to keep and maintain good relationship and keep effective communication with other AP entities in China.
协助总经理同AP其他分公司建立良好关系,进行有效沟通。
- Assist General Manager to maintain effective communication with cross functional teams in Lu’an JV.
协助总经理在AP潞安合资公司各部门间进行良好沟通。
- Overall office management responsibility for Lu’an JV company.
全面负责AP潞安合资公司的办公室管理工作。
- Manage office budget and daily control in admin. area and office fixed assets management.
负责办公预算管理,办公区域日常控制以及固定资产管理。
- Lead the admin assistant to check Team’s Expense reports on monthly basis.
领导行政助理检查团队月度花费报告。
- Lead the admin assistant to provide administrative support to the management team of Lu’an JV company as requested by General Manager.
领导行政助理根据总经理要求为AP潞安合资公司的管理层提供行政支持。
- Lead the admin assistant to provide administrative support to domestic and international travelers and visitors, including hotel reservation, ground transportation, site visiting arrangement, and other admin related support requested by the visitors and travelers.
领导行政助理为内外部的差旅人员和到访者提供行政支持,包括酒店预订,路面交通,现场参观以及其他相关需求。
- Lead the admin assistant to ensure that the office is being managed and maintained well to provide a safe, clean and hygienic office environment.
领导行政助理管理维护办公场所,确保办公环境安全,干净,舒适。
- Lead the admin assistant to manage office related purchase to ensure good quality product and service being provided at lowest cost, which includes security service, telecom service, car service, stationery supply and so on.
领导行政助理负责办公相关的采购活动,包括安全服务,电话服务,车辆服务,办公用品等,确保采购的商品和服务质量好价格低。
- Lead office safety. Lead the admin assistant to work with EHS to improve office safety through scorecard monitoring and regular office safety review meeting.
保障办公安全,领导行政助理同EHS合作,通过积分卡及日常回顾来改善办公安全。
- Manage company chops and related office/company documents through a well-established control process.
通过建立良好的流程来管理公司用章及相关的办公/公司文件。
- Admin Vendors management- Shuttle bus, Cleaning,Meals, etc.
行政相关供应商管理-通勤车,保洁,餐饮等。
- Other tasks assigned by General Manager.
其他总经理交办的事务。
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS最低要求
1. Education 学历
- University education 大学本科
2. Work Experience 工作经历
- Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity in multinational Companies operating in China.
至少10年工作经验,其中至少5年为在华跨国公司管理工作经验。
- Office management is a plus.
懂办公管理者优先考虑。
