Job Description
塘厦镇

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact between plant manager and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct correspondence and distribute notices and information
  • Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Source office supplies
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system
  • Provide general administrative support


Requirements
:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Mandarin)
  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • At least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
