Job Description

Responsibility:


1) Assist to GM for his routine schedule including coordination and reminding of planned schedule.


2) Submit requisitions, reports and documents for GM approval after preliminary check as per company rules.


3) Support GM to handle external affairs and contact.


4) Collect reports and documents from all departments regularly, and submit to GM after summarizing.


5) Convey GM’s instructions and other information to related departments, follow up and pay close attention to result feedback within deadline.


6) Draft documents or presentations as per GM’s demand.


7) Organize and attend management conferences required by GM, meantime issue meeting minutes.


8) Receive external visitors, responsible for arrangement of transportation, accommodations and schedule.


9) Maintain and update contracts with hotels and make reservations for visitors.


10) Air-tickets booking for management team members and others required.


11) Roughly document translation and other tasks issued by GM.


12) Issue invitation letters and other documents required for foreign customers and colleagues for visa application.


13) Facilitate some daily jobs related to admin.


Requirements:


1) Bachelor Degree.


2) At least 2 years’ Assistant or secretary experience.


3) Fluent English skill at least CET 6, French skill is preferred.


4) Requirements include demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.


5) Careful, patient, mature.
