GL Supervisor (GC+HK+Singapore)

Job Responsibility:

• Routine booking and checking of G/L voucher as well as GL monitoring;

• Ensure the implementation of group and local accounting principle in the responsible entities;

• Recording of accounting transactions in assigned area according to the local law and IFRS standards

• Primary documents requirements check

• Balance Sheet justification preparation

• Monthly/Yearly accounting schedule preparation including supporting documentation, review open items to ensure a healthy balance sheet

• Communication with partners (external and internal)

• Participation to differences accounting and solving

• Responsible for required group report and local statutory report

Requirements:

• University degree with a major in Finance & Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Have good analytical capability
• Be able to work both independently and in teams and to absorb a high workload.
• Strong concern for quality and accuracy
• Good English in oral and Written
• At least 5 year experience in accounting and reporting area and 3 years worked as General Ledger accountant
