岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

1.Analyzing, clarifying and defining the lighting requirements with the customer based on the existing specifications and existing CAD data in coordination with involved bodies

2. Calculating and defining difficult optical geometries, e. g. headlamp components, for series development and preliminary development close to series production, using photometric simulations, evaluating and forwarding the results to Technical Design and/or to other internal and external positions and deriving any design measures that may be necessary.

3. Provide data to downstream users, complying with Hella data security requirements

4. Arranging and/or involvement in the preparation of light samples, photometric components and prototypes in agreement with the superior and the posts involved.

5. Actively participate in product evaluation, problem resolution and feedback relevant information into the design process.

6. Lead optic design activities, and support project team activities

7. Participate in customer meetings and night drives

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor or higher Degree in Engineering / Optics / Physics

2 More than 5 years’ automotive optic design experience

3. Proficient with CATIA or other advanced CAD system, and optical design software such as LucidShape.

4.Proficient with optical design of low beam and high beam, and signal functions.

5.Proficient with regulations of CCC/ECE/FMVSS 108

6. Good Chinese and English communication skill, presentation skill.
