Job Description

• Review and posting all entry in compliance with USGAAP, PRC GAAP and group policy, check the relevant supporting documents.

• Review payment application and reimbursement application.

• Create entry for monthly close, Accrue expense/amortize expense/currency revalue and Tax.

• Prepare Trial Balance and check monthly AR/AP/FA/TAX/SALES/Loan balance.

• Coordinate AR/AP/FA/EXPENSE/GL/TAX functions, Optimize accounting processes.

• Review reports for monthly close and supporting Tax reports/ Statistic reports based on government requirements.

• Finish all the reports on US ACCOUNTING PACKAGE.

• Monitor inter-company charges and reconciliation

• Support and coordinate external audit, Coordinate and review yearly tax filing.

• The annual income tax payable to declare, annual report to declare.

Position Experience & Qualifications

• Accounting or Finance Bachelor degree

• Over 10 years accounting work experience in manufacturing company, at least 5 years working experience at General Ledger position and in US or European companies.

• Familiar knowledge of USGAAP & PRC GAAP and Chinese Tax Regulations, international CPA firms audit experience.

• Excellent reading and writing in English, Excellent Excel skills
