• Ensure all parked GL documents correctly and timely.
• Review manual Journal Entries and make necessary adjustment.
• Monthly end closing & Hyperion reports.
• Provide financial reports and other internal reports correctly and punctually.
• Account reconciliations, identifies and resolves issues.
• Obey SOX standard and avoid SOX issues.
• Identify and enhance areas of opportunity for standardization and improvement in GL Function, assist in optimize team performance measurement system.
• Ad hoc finance task or project upon request.
• Resolve issues and questions with can do spirit.

确保总帐凭证准确及时地记录

对有误的凭证及时作出调整

月末关帐步骤按照KPI要求及时准确地完成，并且按时提供Hyperion 相关报表

及时准确地作各项科目的Reconciliation，对发现的问题及时反馈并跟进解决

及时准确地提供财务报表及各项内部报表

遵守萨班斯法案并避免审计风险

能够发现自己工作及总账相关领域改进及自动化的机会，提出并落实优化

能够独立自主的工作，富有can do精神，并且解决问题的能力

按要求其他财务方面的工作

职位要求：

• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Audit or related field.
• Be proficient in accounting practices & policies, tax law and other taxation relative policies.
• Be proficient in SAP operation, have a strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good oral and written English ability is required.
• Short-term Business travel will be required.
• Mature character, at least 3 years manufacturing experience in General ledger position,
• SAP accounting experience is necessary and SSC work experience is preferred,
• Possesses excellent and interpersonal and communication skills,
• Change orientation. Able to work under pressure within a busy environment.

会计、财务、审计或相关专业本科以上学历；

熟悉国家会计法规，了解税务法规和相关税收政策；

熟练应用SAP系统,具有非常强的Excel和PPT能力；

要求熟练的英文听说读写能力；

能够适应不定期的出差需求；

成熟的个性并拥有不少于3年的总账经验；

必须具备使用SAP工作经验，SSC工作背景优先

拥有良好的人际关系及沟通能力；

良好的变革管理，能在忙碌的环境和压力下工作。
