Carrying out assistant tasks 助理工作
1.Provide professional secretarial support to superior and to ensure that effective communication and confidentiality are maintained at all times;
为上级提供专业的秘书服务支持,时时保证高效沟通和保密;
2.Coordinate and schedule the superior's extensive business / personal / family travels and carrying out the procedure of reimbursement after trip, visa application, hotel bookings, meetings and appointments as well as car pick up arrangement;
协调和安排上级的各类商务/私人/家庭旅行并处理出差后的报销程序,以及护照申请,酒店预订,会议及约会和车辆安排;
3.Represent the superior when liaise with external parties, including preparation of necessary documents and relevant logistic arrangements;
代表上级与外部的联络,包括必要的文件和相关后勤安排;
4.Arrange internal and external executive visits for incoming and outgoing overseas visitors.
安排内外部往来的海外访问者的行政访问;
5.Maintain/manage the of superior according the defined ruleset timely and with zero mistakes;
按照规定及时并且准确的维护/管理上级的工作日历。
6.Provide support to employee and department carrying out the reimbursement and other requirements;
为员工及部门报销以及其他需求提供支持;
7.Support with general office work for the superior responsible,preparation and drafting of contract and presentations, managing subject-specific correspondence from at home and abroad;
以高度的责任心支持日常办公室事务, 准备并起草合同及演示文稿,管理国内外相关特定信函;

1.Support Company Activities Organization, include Outing, Family Day and Other Activities;
支持公司活动组织包括但不限于集体旅游,家庭日及其他一些如节日活动
2. Support Administration Related Vendor Management and Reimbursement (shuttle bus management, canteen management, Plant, cleaning management, Stationary,EMS etc.);
协助行政相关供应商的管理和报销(班车,食堂,花卉,清洁,文具,小卖部,EMS等);
3. Company Car Management and Arrangement (Car rental contract, driver,etc..)
车辆管理和安排(租车合同管理,司机等等。。)
4. Ensure department related EPWs and payment track and deliver on time.;
确保部门相关工作流申请和付款追踪;
