Resource Management: 

•      Deliver operational support for Data Delivery applications across APAC

•      Understand the root cause of issues and work within the Global IT network to find resolutions

•      Coordinate with Service Delivery Managers and other leaders as needed to review, recommend, and confirm operational support activities assignments (this will include facilitation of meetings)

•      Coordinate with the business and Project Managers to understand their needs, assess requirements in terms of monitoring and operational support

•      Analyze reports to identify data and system errors and, work with support owners to resolve

*           Executive reporting
 
Executive reporting:

Create, populate and publish reports for Executive review, based on weekly cadence

Work with senior managers and others to populate reporting pack

Perform quality review of format and data
Present packs for approval/feedback
Implement changes as required to reporting
Maintain master version

Gather requirements and create reports in response to ad-hoc requests

 
Othe activities:
Requires frequent raising of ServiceNow Tickets
Strong engagement with challenging business and IT stakeholders
Other admin duties as required
