Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will become a member of a new team dedicated to driving strategy of governance, security, and accessibility of Finance and HR data. As an architect within our global Digital, Technology, and Innovation team, this role will serve as a key member for the General & Administrative (G&A) data product team. Are you a technology architect with expertise in HR and/or Finance data that enjoys partnering with business professionals and technology data specialists? Key Responsibilities

  • Owning complex design that drives consistency of data architecture and integration principles, implementation of governance and security, and successful migration of the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to the Enterprise Data Fabric (EDF)
  • Leading engagement with HR and Finance business partners in client-facing role to co-create business value by developing architecture to support analytics needs
  • Partnering with data engineers develop user stories, mock-ups, and architectural design to support analytics needs
  • Establishing architectural principles for consistent design and implementation of application to application integrations
  • Developing a G&A Technology Data City Plan and a corresponding roadmap; collaborating with key partners on an agile product team for execution
  • Performing source system data investigations

Doctorate degree

OR

Master's degree and 3 years of Information Systems experience

OR

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of Information Systems experience

OR

Associate's degree and 10 years of Information Systems experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 12 years Information Systems experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems and 5 years of domain experience with HR and Finance systems and data models
  • Outstanding communication skills and experience partnering with business leaders to drive strategic decisions
  • Proven experience designing and implementing HR and/or financial data architecture to support analytics and integrations
  • Experience working in an agile operating model
  • Functional experience working in or supporting HR/Payroll and/or financial planning cycles
  • Experience managing the architectural design of HR and/or financial data models using published APIs and cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services, S3, Redshift, Airflow or Databricks
  • Experience building and continuously monitoring & improving system to system integrations for HR and/or financial data
  • Experience establishing design patterns that govern the selection and deployment of ETL technologies based on distinguishing factors relevant to an enterprise-grade G&A ecosystem
