Job Description
    • 1. 負責一般文書資料處理和歸檔工作
      2. 辦理核銷事宜
      3. 協助處理庶務性行政工作
      4. 工作行程安排
      5. 聯繫家長及教師、安排補課、面談及課程安排
      6. 辦理工作證及居留證相關業務
      7. 本補習班為完全英文上班環境,所有溝通及文件均為英文

      To provide administrative support services covering scheduling, customer service, general HR service inquiries, expatriate work permit, visa, and ARC applications and HR employment filing and maintain the routine support systems of the school.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Common tasks include word processing, letter writing, dealing with telephone and email inquiries, creating and maintaining filing systems, arranging meetings and appointments between administration and customers.
      • Provide effective helpdesk supports to all employees, including but not limited to taking and answering general service inquiries, meet and greet visitors.
      • Applications of work permits, visas, ARC and other required legal working documentation for non-Taiwanese employees are submitted to local authorities as per the agreed schedule assigned by HR Specialist.
      • HR personnel files (including physical file and digital file folders) are created upon hiring, and employee contract/confidential/employment materials (hard copies and digital copies) are filed in a timely manner and maintained secure and up-to-date to school policy standards.
      • Maintaining good customer relationships with clients and keep track of scheduling requirements.
      • Administer Office petty cash and office supplies to fulfill administrative works.
      • Provide administrative support and assist with publications preparation, advertising, and annual faculty/staff directory update.
      • Assist Supervisor with employee annual contract renewal preparation.
      • Other initiatives and projects as assigned by Director.

      • Strict confidentiality with the ability to manage successfully and independently with staff concerns, issues, and sensitive information in a professional manner
      • Highly effective administrative and organizational skills with attention to details and accuracy
      • Effective communication skills in English and Chinese: listening, speaking, reading and writing
      • Ability to work independently and make sound judgment as required
      • Ability to rapidly produce error-free correspondence, reports, and records
      • Ability to use word processing and spreadsheet software and is capable of learning job specific software required
      • Ability to understand, communicate, comply and interpret basic immigration regulations, visa or HR related inquiries
      • College or University graduate
      • At least two years of full-time work experience
